Are you ready?
What are the cleaning protocols?
This is not an Airbnb. Cleaning and taking out the trash are not required. To maintain the cleanliness of the equipment and premises, it is best to leave these tasks to professionals.
You may examine and explore each toy, but please do not put them back in their original place. Please place all toys you move into the basket or on the dresser. Any misplaced item could cause issues, and you might be asked to put it back unnecessarily. It’s simpler for everyone to keep everything in one place.
Regarding the kitchen, please place your dishes in the sink and your waste (household and recyclable) in the bins located under the sink. The dishes will be taken care of.
How many people can come to play?
This space is intended for two people. If you wish to invite additional guests, a surcharge of €50 per extra person will apply. Studio Xème is not suitable for hosting parties. Other clubs are more appropriate.
Short Stay
Hourly, two hours or more- Full access to the dungeon and all toys
- Access to the kitchen and bathroom
- Equipment configured to your specifications and ready to play upon arrival
- No access to the pull-down bed
